New Student Registration Form
IMPORTANT - Students Please Read!
Registration is on a per-person basis.
- Each student MUST register him or herself.
have your HR Representative, Administrative Assistant or any other person register for you. Please refer to the
"Student's User Guide" (Page 4 - Student Registration)
- You cannot enroll in any classes until your registration submission has been approved. If approved, you will receive confirmation within 2 business days.
Registration confirmation from us does NOT mean you are automatically enrolled in any of our upcoming classes.
- You must enroll in every class you wish to attend. Please refer to the
"Student's User Guide" (Page 8 - Course Enrollment)
It is the responsibility of all registered students to:
Manage/Change password and self help information as needed.
Maintain profile information (update when needed)
Drop enrollment of a course three (3) business days prior to the course's scheduled date.
